Serving E1-E6 service members and their families, The Village at NTC is recognized as an "A List" Property by the CEL Group Inc. This honor represents the tremendous hard work of communities that go above and beyond for their residents on a daily basis.

The recently constructed homes of The Village at NTC are nestled within the historic Point Loma neighborhood. The spacious two and three bedroom townhomes are situated on 50 acres of the former Naval Training Center.

These stylish homes boast white appliances, Corian countertops, a full-sized washer and dryer, and central air conditioning. Additionally, each home comes standard with a built-in computer niche, a breakfast nook, and a detached one or two car remote-entry garage.

Neighborhood amenities include sport courts, tot-lots, a swimming pool with a wading pool and spa, on-site NEX and gas station, gym and community center. The community center houses a community room, game room, business center, kitchen, media room, fitness center, and conference room for resident use. There are weekly programs in the community center hosted by the YMCA. These events include Cooking and Crafts, Stroller Strides, and the Tot Program.

Right within the neighborhood of Point Loma there many additional amenities. There are three major grocery stores and several restaurants within walking distance of the community. The NTC Community Park has a bay for paddle boarding, rowing, and relaxing. Nearby Liberty Station Public Market offers artisan shops, coffee and juice bars, restaurants, and a luxury dining theater.

The area schools are top rated and are just a short drive away. High Tech elementary, middle, and high schools are also in the area. The local preschool is conveniently located right in the middle of the Village at NTC community.

The Village at NTC’s location ensures an easy commute for your service member. The community is located less than 3 miles from Naval Base Point Loma, 9.5 miles from Naval Base San Diego, and 10 miles from Naval Air Station North Island. Downtown San Diego is a short 4 miles from the property.

Along with its ideal location, the Village at NTC is surrounded by exciting tourist attractions including historic Liberty Station, Sea Port Village, the world-famous San Diego Zoo, and Balboa Park with its museums and Reuben H. Fleet Science Center.
