Camelot Assisted Living in Broussard, Louisiana offers private senior assisted living with a sense of community. We have 32 apartments, each with its own bedroom, bathroom, living area and efficiency kitchen. Each apartment can be customized to meet individual needs and personal preferences. The goal of the apartments is to provide independent living in a safe overall environment. Residents enjoy living in their own apartments while also having staff members available 24 hours a day to meet any needs. Our staff includes a nurse practitioner to help meet physical needs, as well as a trained dietary staff who choose local produce and vendors to create healthy and tasty food choices.

At Camelot Assisted Living, residents can choose their activity level. For those who want to get out and about, we have a steady lineup of activities, including going to the movies, seeing local plays and shopping. If you prefer to stay on site, there are multiple activities available each day. Residents also have the option of dining together or eating in their own apartments. Whether you prefer a more active lifestyle or have a more low-key personality, Camelot Assisted Living is committed to a resident-centered approach that begins with input from our resident council.

While we support each resident’s independent living, our main priority is safety. Our secure courtyard allows residents to enjoy fresh air and the great outdoors in a safe environment. Each bedroom and bathroom has a call system to ensure each resident has fast access to a staff member if needed. Our staff is trained to handle all emergency situations, so residents and families can have peace of mind no matter the circumstances.
